Measures taken by the shops and staff
Alcohol disinfectant is available on each floor.
Thorough cleaning and disinfection are performed regularly.
Staff members take their temperature before and during work. Those who have been in contact with Covid-positive people or have a fever are suspended from work.
All staff members wear masks while serving our customers.
Plastic curtains are installed at face-to-face locations such as cash registers in order to prevent infection between customers and staff.
The shops are always ventilated.
If the shops are crowded, we may restrict admission.
We ensure a safe distance is maintained between customers at all times.

Please wear a mask.
Please let our staff measure your temperature when entering the shop. Entrance is refused if a fever of 37.5°C or higher is confirmed.
Please use the hand alcohol disinfectant at your disposal when entering the shop.
If you have a fever or cough, please refrain from visiting us.
Please respect coughing etiquette.
Please follow the staff's instructions while in the shop.

For the time being, our business hours are as follow:
Yumeyakata Gojo Shop 10：00 ～ 17：30 (last entrance 16：00) Yumeyakata Oike Shop 10：00 ～ 16：30 (last entrance 15：30)
・Returning the kimono Please return the kimono on the day of your visit or on the next day (extra 1,500yen + tax). Depending on the booking situation, we might not be able to offer the return on the next day option. Please consult with our staff on the day of your visit.
