How to make a Reservation
【Location Photo Plan - Regarding The Deposit】
※When you make an appointment of Yumeyakata's Location Photo Plan, a deposit equal to a 20% of the package price will be billed. An Invoice will be issued through e-mail after your reservation is confirmed. Payment is acceptable by credit card only, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.
※The price is for a Location Photo Plan only, which may vary by the package.
※If the photo shoot is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or force of nature, we will return the deposit in cash.
※In case that we do not receive your payment or any contacts before due, the location photo plan will be cancelled. Your appointment of kimono rental, on the other hand, will remain as booked.
※If the appointment is confirmed at 9:00AM, an early morning charge at 1000yen/person will incur once the location photo plan is cancelled.

What types of payment does Yumeyakata accept?
VISA / Master / American Express / JCB
Cancellation
1. The deposit is fully refundable provided you cancel your reservation 8 days prior to your reservation date.
2. We will return the deposit if the cancellation occurs within 30 days from the date of your reservation confirmed and more than 8 days before the reservation date.
Note:
1. NO SHOWS - If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of cost. The deposit also cannot be returned for a no-show.
2. A reservation is considered a no-show if we are not notified a cancellation prior to your reservation date. The deposit cannot be returned for a no-show.
Refundable
30 days from the date of your reservation day/ 8 days or more before your visit day.
Not refundable
More than 31 days after the reservation date / More 7 days or less before your visit day
Etiquette and Photography at Shrines and Temples
・Please behave calmly and respectfully,
when you visit Japanese shrines and temples for photography.
Shrines and Temples are sacred places where the God and Buddha are enshrined rather than a sightseeing spot.
Please make sure to be quiet in precincts and be considerate of other visitors.
・Please keep silent
By courtesy of the temples, we have special permission to take photos in the precinct. So please understand the rules to keep silent and consider other visitors.
・Please follow instructions
of the temples and our staff members. Otherwise permission will be cancelled and we might have to leave the temple.
・Please sit and admire the beauty of the temple
You can relax and admire the beautiful temple gardens and feel the nature sounds. Then let us capture your natural expression with the beautiful scenery.

About the visit time
There is any possibility that we can not accept if you come to the store late. If you come late, please contact us and we will change the time.
About the rendezvous
With the outfit rental fee and the location photo fee, you also pay for the taxi fee (outward trip) for the photographer to join you at the rendezvous point.

Admission fee, taxi fare or food expenses not included. Customers shall bear the taxi fare for departure only.
About the photographer in charge
For the designated photographer, \2000 (w/o tax) will be charged.
The photographers are Japanese and Taiwanese. We will let our translator staff to go with you if you do not speak Japanese or Taiwanese.
About the option fee
We will let you pay for the entrance fee for the places, lunch and drinks.
About the photos shoot during the peak season(cherry blossom and maple season)
During the peak season (such as the cherry blossom season or maple season), there are many tourists visiting Kyoto. Please notice that there may more people appearing in the background of the photos. Thank you for your understanding.
About the edit of photos
We edit the light, contrast, white balance etc. We do not retouch the face and body.
